Graphic tees are estimated to ship within 2–3 business days. Other custom-made items, including embroidery added by Country Club Place Embroidery, may take up to 14 calendar days before shipping. We ship throughout the United States; shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Carrier transit time is additional.
Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to our refund policy. Products with embroidery added by Country Club Place Embroidery are customized, including standard designs. Factory branding alone, such as an original Nike logo, does not make an item customized. Customized and personalized items may only be returned if incorrectly made, defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received. Customers pay return shipping unless we caused the issue.
